08.30 - 09.00: For guests booking a transfer, we will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and then drive to Ha Long with a short stop midway (approx. 2.5 hours) 

11.30: Arrive at Ha Long Tuan Chau Marina and transfer to Serenity Cruise Ha Long Bay, where our crew is waiting to welcome you on board with a refreshing welcome drink and cruise briefing. Check-in to your cabin and explore the ship.

A fabulous seafood lunch is served in the elegant restaurant

Enjoy superb views as we set sail through the magnificent Halong Bay scenery on the way to Lan Ha Bay, passing stunningly beautiful islets including Finger Islet, Frog Islet, and thousands of other uniquely shaped limestone islands

15.00: Depending on the weather, we will stop at Dau Be Island or a nearby floating fishing village

Dau Be Island is famed for Ba Ham Lake, consisting of three sea basins connected via a winding narrow cave. Inside the cave are amazing oddly-shaped stalactites hanging from the ceiling. The island is home to rare golden monkeys, flying squirrels, birds, bats, and lush fauna and flora

Here you can enjoy kayaking, swimming, and exploring the beautiful bays

Please note: Depends on the bay's weather and tide level, our captain will decided to reach Dau Be Island for kayaking and explore the beauty of nature in hidden lagoon or cruise to floating village to study about the fishermanlife and a brief look at the geology of the karst mountains that beautify the surrounding. These will be noted by tourguide on the day of our journey based on their experience and weather conditions.

17.30: Return to Serenity Cruise Ha Long Bay in time to watch an amazing sunset while enjoying a well-deserved drink from our ‘Happy Hour’ special drinks menu.

Join our chef and learn the art of Vietnamese cooking with a Cooking Demonstration on the sundeck, while we gently cruise to the overnight area

19.00: Enjoy a fabulous dinner served in our elegant, romantic restaurant

Enjoy the evening, watching movies, relax with a spa or massage, have fun trying Squid Fishing or just chill with friends at the bar

Rise early for the best time of the day as the sun rises over the spectacular limestone karst seascape of Lan Ha Bay

6.30: Refresh your mind and body with an invigorating Tai Chi Exercise on the sundeck.

A delicious healthy breakfast is served in the restaurant, including tea, coffee, bread, juice, and more

9.00: We leave Serenity Cruise Ha Long Bay and take a smaller Day Boat to Cat Ba Island

Travel to Cat Ba National Park where we hike through the lush Kim Giao Forest, and climb to Ngu Lam Peak, the highest part of Cat Ba National Park, from where there are the most magnificent panoramic views of the whole of Cat Ba Island and spectacular Lan Ha Bay.

Explore Trung Trang Cave on of the largest caves on Cat Ba Island, famous for its majestic stalactites and stalagmites. Climb the rocky stairs to the narrow, cramped entrance, the further into the cave you go, the more unique the features you will find, with amazing limestone pillars and formations. It is also home to bats, birds, and reptiles

At noon time, head back to Cat Ba Town for a delicious seafood lunch in a local restaurant

After lunch, explore the town, wander around the local sites, visit the market or go to Cat Co Beaches to go swimming

16.00: Return to Serenity Cruise. Freshen up and relax as the last embers of the sun disappear over Cat Ba Island and the incredible limestone mountains of Lan Ha Bay. Sip a cocktail or drink from our ‘Happy Hour’ special drinks menu

19.00: Enjoy a fabulous dinner with friends and family in our beautiful restaurant.

The rest of the evening is yours. Try Squid Fishing, watch movies, relax on the sundeck, or at the bar. The choice is yours.

Get up early for one last stunning sunrise over majestic Lan Ha Bay

6.30: Join our Tai Chi Session to relax both body and mind

Enjoy a superb breakfast along with freshly brewed coffee, tea, and fruit juices, either in the restaurant or in the fresh air of the sundeck

7.45: Set out by tender boat to explore Viet Hai Fisherman Village. At the jetty, hop on a bicycle for the relaxing 30-minute bike ride through, forests, jungles, tunnels, and past stunning, green ocean-like rice paddy fields. The fishing village is a hidden beauty where the locals live in primitive houses made from bamboo, wood, leaves, and soil and follow an ancient and primitive traditional lifestyle

Try your hand working as a local farmer or fisherman, laugh as you learn to plow along with a buffalo. Visit old houses and talk to friendly locals about their daily lives

9.15: Return to Serenity Cruise Ha Long Bay, pack your luggage, check-out, and then relax

An exquisite last brunch is served in the cruise restaurant with a variety of superb, tasty dishes, while Serenity Cruise glides slowly through the emerald water towards the Ha Long Harbor.

11.30: Return at Tuan Chau Wharf, say last goodbyes to the crew and new-found friends. Disembark Serenity Cruise and set off on the return trip to Hanoi (for guests booking transfer).
