Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels and Ha Long Bay’s stuation operating without prior notice.
Swimming or kayaking excursions may be cancelled due to poor weather. Unused services are subject to nonrefundable.
Inadvance register is required with fullname, passport, nationality, gender and visa for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by port authority.

Royal Palace Halong Cruise has 14 cabins with air-conditioned and private shower bathroom with panorama window view of the bay, they are the traditional cabins including: 6 deluxe double or twin cabins + 2 deluxe triple cabins + 4 ocean view double or twin cabins + 2 Royal suite cabins. The deluxe cabins are located on the first deck (deck 1), the royal suite cabins are located on the second deck (deck 2) and the ocean view cabins are located on the third deck (deck 3).
