Calypso Cruise 2D1N / 3D2N

09.00 - 09.30: Our bus pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter to start your Ha Long Bay cruise from Hanoi. The bus goes via the 5B highway to transfer you to Got harbor in Hai Phong. After 02 hours and a half, the bus reaches the port.

12.00 - 12.30: Step on a small boat to embark on Calypso cruise. Cold towel and welcome drink will be served while our crews are providing the safety instructions and other matters, guiding you to check in. Have a bon-appetite lunch in our restaurant while the junk is cruising through Halong Bay to Lan Ha Bay.

15.00: Your first destination is Bright and Dark Cave. The Bright Cave is short so that you can see through the cave from this side to the other side. The Dark Cave is much longer than Light cave with different shapes of limestone mountains and clear water. These grottos are famous grottos in Lan Ha Bay which are suitable for taking a bamboo boat tour or kayaking by yourself to discover the surrounding. 

17.30: You come back to Calypso cruiseto refresh. Contemplating the breathtaking scenery of sunset over the Bay. A cooking class is opened so you can take part in to learn how to make Vietnamese simple traditional dishes. “Happy hour” on deck (buy 2 get 1 more for free). 

19.00: Have dinner in our dining room.

20.30 - 22.00: After dinner, you are free to relax on top deck, join in some night activities such as karaoke, hang out at the bar, squid fishing or sightseeing on sundeck. Overnight on board.

06.30: It is time to get up. There is a Tai Chi class, an internal Chinese martial art, opening on sundeck for everyone to join in. 

07.00 - 08.00: Enjoy breakfast in our restaurant and observe the view of Lan Ha Bay.

08.30: Sail through Lan Ha Bay by a day boat which transfer you from Calypso cruise Lan Ha Bay to Viet Hai pier.

09.30: You will pay a visit to Viet Hai Village which is about 10 km from Cat Ba Town. This is an unexplored natural landscape and friendly local residents. Take a short cycling trip to Viet Hai Village to discover the traditional customs of this area. 

11.00: Ride bicycle back to Viet Hai pier, hop on the day boat and continue cruising to the other part of Lan ha Bay. 

12.00: The boat reaches Van Boi Area and anchors for lunch here. 

13.00 - 15.40: After lunch, you will kayak by yourself around Van Boi area for further exploration (the guide will provide safety instructions before you kayak by yourself). 

Next, we transfer to Ba Trai Dao Beach (Three Peaches Beach) for swimming. Ba Trai Dao Islet is a group of three small islands which is famous for clear white sand beaches and romantic look of the surrounding. 

16.00: Head back to the main ship to refresh yourself, relax in your room or enjoy the second "happy hour" on deck, savor your favorite drinks and admire the scenery over the Bay.

19.00: Have dinner in the dining hall with fresh local seafood dishes and some Vietnamese dishes. After that, you can freely take part in night activities on board. Overnight on board. 

06.30: It is time to get up. There is a Tai Chi class, an internal Chinese martial art, opening on sundeck for everyone to join in.

07.00 - 09.00: Enjoy breakfast in our restaurant. 

09.00: Check out cabin. A bus will drive you to visit Hospital Cave (Hang Quân Y) which takes about 20 minutes from Gia Luan Pier. This cave was a secret bomb-proof hospital during American War and as a safe house for leaders. It is all empty now. Make an adventure by exploring the cave and learn about Vietnamese history while observing the landscape. 

10.30: You return to Calypso cruise Lan Ha Bay. Your lunch is served while the cruise are heading back to the port. Enjoy the view for the last time before disembarkation. 

12.00: Disembark the junk and move to your vehicle to set off for Hanoi. 

14.30 - 15.00: The bus reaches Hanoi and drops you off at your hotel. End of the tour with Calypso Cruise Lan Ha Bay
