Day 1: Tuan Chau International Marina – Halong Bay – Sung Sot Cave

Meals: Lunch and Dinner

11:00–12:00: Complete check-in at the Grand Pioneers waiting lounge at Tuan Chau International Marina.

12:00–12:15: Transfer to Grand Pioneers II by high-speed tender.

12:15–12:45: Receive a welcome drink and attend the itinerary and safety briefing before checking into the selected suite.

12:45–14:30: Enjoy a buffet lunch while the cruise sails through the limestone scenery of Halong Bay.

15:30–17:00: Visit Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest and best-known caves in Halong Bay. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for the steps and uneven surfaces.

17:45–18:45: Return to the cruise for sunset canapés, a cooking activity and Happy Hour. Drinks are charged separately unless included in the confirmed package.

19:00–21:00: Dinner is served in the restaurant. Afterwards, relax, try squid fishing or use selected onboard facilities. Spa, karaoke, cinema and other premium services may carry an additional charge.

Day 2: Luon Cave – Tuan Chau International Marina

Meals: Light Breakfast and Brunch

Wake early to enjoy the morning scenery and have a light breakfast in the restaurant.

07:30–08:45: Explore Luon Cave by kayak or traditional bamboo boat. The selected activity depends on the operating program and local conditions.

09:00–09:30: Return to the cruise, complete check-out and settle personal expenses at reception.

09:00–10:15: Enjoy a brunch buffet while the vessel returns toward Tuan Chau.

10:30–10:45: Transfer back to the Grand Pioneers waiting lounge and continue with the confirmed onward transportation.

The route, timings and order of activities may change because of weather, tides, port regulations, seasonal operating arrangements or safety requirements.

• A printed booking confirmation is not normally required unless specifically requested.

What to Know Before Your Cruise

• Advance passenger registration is compulsory. Submit the full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, passport number and visa-expiry information requested by the operator.

• A valid passport or accepted identification must be presented during check-in. Boarding may be denied when the required document is unavailable.

• The final departure time, lounge and transfer schedule will be reconfirmed before travel.

• The itinerary is subject to weather, tides, port regulations and local authority instructions.

• Kayaking, bamboo boating, cave visits and beach activities may be changed or canceled when conditions are unsuitable.

• Dietary requirements and food allergies should be reported when booking or at least 24 hours before departure.

• Life jackets are provided and must be worn during relevant water activities.

• Wi-Fi and mobile reception may become weak or unavailable while cruising.

• Smoking is not permitted inside suites or indoor dining areas.

• Guests should verify which premium facilities are complimentary and which carry an additional charge.

• The 2D1N Classic Journey remains within Halong Bay, while the 3D2N Legacy Journey adds a full-day exploration of Bai Tu Long Bay.

• Summer and Signature Voyage versions may use different timings or activity sequences.

• Outdoor activities are optional and subject to local safety conditions.

• This is a shared cruise with guests from different bookings unless an exclusive charter is confirmed.
