Cruise Routine

Tuan Chau International Marina – Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay – Frog Lagoon – Dark and Bright Cave – Tuan Chau International Marina

Day 1: Tuan Chau Marina – Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay – Frog Lagoon

Meals: Lunch and Dinner

Check-in at Tuan Chau Marina

11:30 – 11:45: Arrive at Capella Cruise Center, Lot 20B, Tuan Chau International Marina. Complete the passenger registration and check-in procedure at the waiting lounge.

Guests using AZOTOUR’s transfer service will be collected from their confirmed meeting point in Hanoi in the morning. The Hanoi transfer is not included in the standard cruise-only package unless clearly stated in the booking confirmation.

Transfer to Capella Cruise

12:00 – 12:45: Travel from Tuan Chau Marina to Capella Cruise by tender or speedboat.

After boarding, meet the cruise team and receive a welcome drink. The cruise manager will introduce the itinerary, onboard facilities and essential safety information before guests check into their suites.

Lunch While Cruising into Lan Ha Bay

13:00 – 14:30: Enjoy lunch at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant as Capella sails through the limestone landscapes of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay.

The standard menu is served to all guests. Vegetarian meals, food allergies and other dietary requirements should be submitted to AZOTOUR at least 24 hours before departure.

Water Activities at Frog Lagoon

15:00 – 16:30: Capella anchors near Frog Lagoon, also known as Ao Ech, for the afternoon activity program.

Depending on weather and operating conditions, guests can participate in:

• Kayaking

• Swimming

• Inflatable waterslide

• Floating ocean pool

• Oasis Pool and Jacuzzi

• Mini-golf

Stand-up paddleboarding may require an additional fee and advance registration.

Guests who do not wish to join the water activities may remain onboard and enjoy the cruise facilities.

Captain’s Bridge Visit

Around 17:00: Join an optional visit to the captain’s bridge, subject to the day’s operating arrangements. Learn more about the vessel’s navigation and take photographs from this part of the cruise.

This activity may be adjusted or unavailable when operational conditions require the bridge to remain restricted.

Sunset and Happy Hour

17:00 – 18:00: Relax at the Spirit of the Sea Lounge or Ocean Sky Sundeck as the sun sets over Lan Ha Bay.

Drinks purchased during Happy Hour are subject to the promotion available on the travel date. Complimentary snacks may be served as part of the afternoon program.

Cooking Demonstration

18:00 – 18:45: Join the cruise chefs for a Vietnamese cooking demonstration. Learn how a traditional dish is prepared and enjoy a relaxed activity before dinner.

Dinner Onboard

19:00 – 20:30: Dinner is served at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant. The menu combines Vietnamese ingredients and contemporary culinary influences.

Evening Activities

From 20:45: Spend the evening at your own pace. Available activities may include:

• Squid fishing

• Board games

• Movie screening

• Cigar and poker room

• Lounge entertainment

• Karaoke or private theater use at an additional charge

• Relaxing on the private balcony

• Overnight aboard Capella Cruise in Lan Ha Bay.

Day 2: Dark and Bright Cave – Lan Ha Bay – Tuan Chau Marina

Meals: Light Breakfast and Brunch

Morning Tai Chi

06:00 – 06:15: Welcome the new day with a Tai Chi session on Ocean Sky Sundeck or enjoy the sunrise from your suite.

Participation is optional and subject to weather conditions.

Light Breakfast

06:15 – 06:45: Tea, coffee and a light breakfast are served at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant.

Explore the Dark and Bright Cave Area

06:45 – 08:30: Travel to the Dark and Bright Cave area, one of Lan Ha Bay’s best-known natural attractions.

Explore the limestone passage and sheltered lagoon by traditional bamboo boat. Kayaking may be offered as an alternative, depending on the confirmed program and operating conditions.

The activity is subject to weather, tides, visibility and instructions from local authorities.

Return and Check-out

09:00 – 09:30: Return to Capella Cruise and prepare for check-out. Recheck the suite for personal belongings and settle any charges for drinks, spa treatments or other services.

Guests should vacate their suites by the announced check-out time.

Brunch Onboard

09:30 – 10:30: Enjoy brunch at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant while Capella cruises back toward Tuan Chau.

Disembarkation

10:30 – 11:00: Leave the cruise and return to Tuan Chau International Marina by tender or speedboat.

Guests who have booked transportation continue back to Hanoi. Arrival in central Hanoi is generally expected at approximately 14:30 – 15:00, depending on traffic and the confirmed transfer schedule.
