07.30 - 08.00: Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter (guests booking transfer) and take the express 2.5-hour route to Got Pier, Hai Phong City

10.30: Arrive and relax at the Capella Cruise Lounge and then transfer to Capella Cruise Ha Long Bay
The crew will welcome you aboard with a welcome drink and a cruise briefing. Check-in to your cabin and explore the vessel

Enjoy a fantastic buffet lunch with a superb variety of dishes in the Harmony Of The Sea Restaurant at noon. Gaze at the amazing landscape from the huge viewing windows while we leave the port and head to the Lan Ha Bay.

After lunch, relax and enjoy the onboard facilities. Try the Beauty & Massage-Spa, have a drink at the Oasis Pool Bar & Jacuzzi, play in the Ocean Pool and Water Chute, play poker in the Cigar club, watch a movie in the Melody Theatre, chill at the Spirit of the Sea Lounge, or the Ocean Sky View Sundeck.
Climb into a kayak and paddle to Coconut Island for a swim, exploring, or relaxing on the beach

17.30: Head to the Spirit of the Sea Lounge or Ocean Sky Sundeck for a romantic Sunset Party and enjoy a few drinks while watching the amazing sunset

Take part in a Cooking Demonstration and try your hand at making Vietnamese spring rolls

19.00: A special set menu dinner of Western, Asian and Vegan dishes is served at Harmony Of The Sea Restaurant.

After dinner, relax with a live performance at the Spirit of the Sea Lounge or go Squid Fishing, enjoy a massage or relax at the Oasis Pool Bar and gaze at the magnificent Lan Ha Bay night sky

Wake up to a stunning sunrise and re-energize with a morning Tai Chi Session on the sundeck

07.15: Enjoy a light breakfast including tea, coffee & pastries in the restaurant

Transfer to day boat passing Lonely Islet (Chopstick Islet), Toad Islet, and Sandy Peach Island on our way to Viet Hai Fishing Village, in the center of Cat Ba National Park. Take a bicycle or electric car for the ride to the village, along the narrow winding tracks, through jungle forests, tunnels, and stunning rice paddy fields. Explore the village, visiting homes and the school, meet the local villagers, and exchange stories. Learn the art of fishing, local style, as a fisherman shows you how to cast a net and learn more about their culture and daily life
An authentic village-style lunch will be prepared by the villagers and afterward relax in the bungalow resort

Then, we head to beautiful natural Sandy Peach Beach, to enjoy swimming, snorkeling, or diving among the sea life and beautiful red coral seafloor of Lan Ha Bay.

Return to Capella Cruise Ha Long Bay. Take a shower, relax as the sun sets over the magnificent Lan Ha Bay, chill at the bar, and meet new friends

18.30: Enjoy another Cooking Demonstration with our Chef and practice making another Vietnamese dish

19.00: A superb set-menu dinner of new and exciting dishes will be served at the Harmony of the Sea Restaurant

We set out to explore Dark & Bright Cave, located near Cat Ba Island, you can choose to join others in a local sampan, bamboo rowing boat powered by a villager manning the oars, or paddle yourself in a kayak, to discover the wild, mysterious beauty of the surrounding islets

Dark & Bright Cave is one of the largest and most incredible caves in the Lan Ha Bay - Halong Bay World Heritage Site, with two caverns, one is very dark and you need a headlamp to navigate, and the other opens to a gorgeous sunlit, tranquil lagoon, surrounded by enormous, rocky limestone karst cliffs

09.00: Return to Capella Cruise Ha Long Bay. Time to pack, clear bills, and check out of your cabin

09.30: Relax in the Harmony of the Sea Restaurant and enjoy a buffet brunch as Capella Cruise Ha Long Bay, glides through the gorgeous Ha Long Bay seascape back to the Pier

Arrive at the pier, disembark and transfer back to your hotel in Hanoi. This ends a memorable trip to Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay aboard the superb Capella Cruise Ha Long Bay
