07.40 – 8.30: Meet your tour guide at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and embank on a city tour of Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. In the morning, you will visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum Complex. This is one of the most important and attractive sites in Vietnam, a pilgrimage site where "respect" and "reverence" are the key words.  Then wander the grounds to see Uncle Ho’s house-on-stilt, the Presidential Palace and One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Godess of Mercy - the unique pagoda in Vietnam

Next to the West Lake - Hanoi’s biggest lake, and visit Tran Quoc Pagoda - a Buddhist relic and national heritage lying on the West Lake.

Keep going to visit Visit Temple of Literature – Vietnam’s first university constructed in 1070 - dedicated to Confucius, sages and talented scholars. Inside you can see the stone steles mounted on the backs of turtles, which have the names of Vietnam’s best scholars inscribed. The temple highlights the importance that Vietnamese society place on education both now and in the past.

After breakfast, English speaking motobiker with his Ancient Vespa will pick you up at your hotel and  drive through the of the spectacular Long Bien Bridge that spans the Red River, we will take a ride on our vespa along side of the red river bank to the countryside area, you will see the rural villages hidden at the side of the banana farm,vast of the rice paddies with green color on the peaceful roads

You approach Ta Van Village where Dzay Ethnic People inhabits in late afternoon (Trekking distance is about 9 kms and it lasts for 3.5 hours)

09.00: After a simple breakfast at local family, we say goodbye to the minority owner. Then, take a short walk down the South - West of Sapa (around 4 km) to visit Giang Ta Chai Villag (Red Dzao people). Have soft break at rattan bridge – the oldest rattan bridge in Sapa. Visit some house and continue to go to Supan Village. In here, you can learn about their way of life and see traditional clothing being made, hemp being dyed and women weaving. Relax at the stunning waterfall and the vestige of a hydroelectric power station that was constructed by the French during the colonial time in Vietnam. Have lunch at the village

07.30 - 08.00: Our touguide and shuttle bus will pick up at your hotels/hostels in the Hanoi Old Quarter. It takes around 4 hours to Mai Chau, stops at Hoa Binh for short break. On the way to Mai Chau, you will pass through the lush valley, rich with rice fields.

09.30 – 12.00: You will explore the most impressive Paradise Cave – the longest dry cave in Asia (located in Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park’s core zone, 25km about Phong Nha cave, 75 km about Dong Hoi and 1h20 minutes driving). Paradise Cave was discovered by scientists of the British Caving Research Association in 2005, has the length of 31km, the longest dry cave in Asia.

You will be taken by the electrical car from the parking to the cave entrance (2km). You will went in the jungle, see many kind of trees and hear the sound of animals. Expore the cave with about 1km in length on the wood foor and see lot of stalactites with different shapes.

With naturally primitive features Paradise Cave looks like a landscape painting, making it very attractive to visitors. There are a series of white crystal stalactites resembling glass pillars and many other spectacular formations.

12.00: Lunch at a restaurant with local specialties.Then, continue the journey to visit Chay River & Dark Cave

13.30: We start exploring the Dark Cave by zip lining, one of the longest Zip lining in Viet Nam. Inside the cave, there are many ancient fossils to be found. The fossils are over a million years old. There is a natural mud bath at the end of one of the narrow passages The natural mud bath is very good for the skin.

After visiting the cave, we will comebakc to Chay River by kayaking. Join exciting games in Chay River such as: adventure bridge, basketball, handball, flying swing……

On the way, we will have a chance to stop at Vietnam’s war vestige Hien Luong Bridge & Ben Hai River which became an important landmark in the partition of the country into a northern and a southern zone along the 17th parallel, then, stop for sightseeing the Basilica of Our Lady of La Vang – a catholic church formerly built in the forest near Quang Tri up from the old DMZ, later, several buildings of La Vang were rebuilt and destroyed during the war.

Afternoon, visit Tomb of Emperor Tu Duc, the final resting place of Vietnam longest reigning emperor, set among forested hills and lakes and Thien Mu pagoda (Heaven Fairy Lady Pagoda) - the oldest pagoda in Hue city. Then, get on a dragon boat to cruise the beautiful Perfume River back to the Hue town. On the way we can discover lovely views and splendid sunsets on the Perfume River. In the afternoon: take a visit of My Son Sanctuary which was once an imperial city during the Champa dynasty, between the 4th and the 12th centuries. It comprises many Champa temples, in a valley roughly two kilometers wide, surrounded by two mountain ranges. It was the site of religious ceremony of kings of the Champa dynasty, and was also a burial place of Champa royals and national heroes. Spend about 1.5 hour to see a large complex of religious relics that comprises more than 65 architectural works. In 1999, UNESCO labeled the Cham architecture in My Son as a World Cultural Heritage Site. Overnight in Hoi An

08.00: Picking you up at your hotel by mini - van, we will bring you over the countryside where bike are available to ride (If you don't know how to ride bicycles, you can take optional choice with our scooter "XE OM" services and with extra charge about 6 USD/passenger). You start the day by cycling to the local farmer in Cam Thanh Ecological Village. Here you are greeted by a local host and then you join with them how to grow wet rice with their family.

Starting farming work like plough and raking with buffalo, riding water buffalo, learning how to transplant rice, flooding farm, grinding rice, pounding rice.

After then, our guide and van will bring down to a local fishing village. You will be boarded on boat. Joining a fishing with local fishermen at Phuoc Hai local fishing boat to experience local cast net CHAI. Continue to visit water coconut palm jungle, enjoying the basket boat and visiting the water coconut palm forest. Learn how to learn origami such as grasshoppers, flowers, rings, caps, bracelets toys made from water coconut leaves... Having fun to catch crab around the water coconut palm forest and after then boarding back boat, and locals will cook for your lunch/dinner (morning time you will get lunch and afternoon time you will get dinner on boat) and cold beer or soft drink we will bring you back to your hotel.

08.00: Take a short visit Hoi An Ancient Town

You will be collected at your hotel lobby, start taking a tour around the town: Walk to the ancient city, visit the Kwan Temple, Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, Tan Ky Old House, Japanese Cover Bridge and Historic & Cultural Museum in Hoi An. Then you have a traditional music performance & visit Hoi An’s handicraft workshop before coming back to the hotel.

Keep going to transfer to Kon Tum (288km)  On the way, we will stop some times for short breaks and taking photo, a light lunch or enjoy more natural and historical tourist attractions such as: the major Dakto Battlefield during the American war, Charlie Hill, small waterfall, rice fields or Cham Tower. After having lunch, you will keep going to KonTum and arriving around 18.00 at your hotel in Kon Tum

08.30: We will do a a venture out to visit Gia Rai villages. The Gia Rai hill tribe group believes in the existence of genies and hold rituals connected to this faith. The group is a matriarchal society, in which the women are free to choose who they marry. The husband lives with the wife’s family and inheritance is passed on to the daughters. Each village has a communal house called a rong, a central stilt house with a tall, steeply pitched thatched roof. No nails are used in the bamboo construction.

In the afternoon, we will take a transfer with about 1hour, driving to visit the Sodra people in Kon Ray and Kon Bil Villages. Their homes are long stilt houses built out of bamboo and straw, secured with rattan. Keep driving to a Jo Long hill tribe village called Kon Du, catching glimpses of hand weaving on giant looms or the eerie wooden statues in the cemeteries.  

After checking in of the hotel, drive 30-minutes to the Bhanar Village of Kon Ko Tu. On arrival, start a 4-km trek from Kon Ko Tu Village along the Dak Bla Riverbank, where local villagers are hard at work tending buffaloes, preparing crops for harvest, and transporting their produce to the village market. Return by a pirogue to Kon Ko Tu village.

Tonight’s dinner is a local treat, including a Gong show and Xoang dancing and the chance to sample some local rice wine. Overnight in a homestay.

Check out and drive back 30-minutes to Kon Tum to explore the town’s old wooden church. It is an interesting blend of hill tribe and European architecture, Bishop’s House, Orphanage, Bana Village – one among the first minority groups in Central Highlands admiring the beautiful Rong house, Iron Suspension bridge, and Kontum Prison.

Depart from Kon Tum to Buon Ma Thuot in 5hrs, passing by countless coffee, rubber, and pepper plantations.

Close to Buon Ma Thuot, stop to enjoy the scenery and panoramic views of the lowland country. The region is inhabited by Jarai hill tribe, the largest ethnic group in the Central Highlands with an estimated population of 330,000 people.

In the morning, we transfer from Buon Me Thuot to Lak Lake, where you can do Elephant riding (extra pay) or walk around with many opportunities of taking pictures of people farming and fishing. After a morning of sightseeing in Lak Lake, you will visit one of the old summer palaces of Emperor Bao Dai,

At the other side of the Lak lake, you can take a walk to visit The M’nong ethnic minority village to see their daily activities at Jun Village.Then, transfer back to restaurant for lunch,

After lunch, transfer from Lak Lake to Da Lat. On the way, you can visit: fantastic Elephant Waterfall, Cricket farm for enjoying fried criket, drink wine in Rice wine making farm, wesel coffee making and try this coffee, Vegetable and Flower Farms, Silk factory, Linh An Pagoda with the big happy Buddha, Tea and Coffee Plantations.

08.30: Pick up from hotel in Da Lat. Drive 12 km north of downtown center to Lang Biang Mountain. Upon entering the gate to Lang Bian – you’ll see the Disney-fonted “Langbiang” sign (which is the Vietnamese spelling) gracing the slope ahead, you can take a jeep up to Radar Top, where you can see a panoramic view of Da Lat City. Outside the city, you can see thousands of hectares of coffee plantations along the road. You have many opportunities to buy and try coffee as well.  Nestled  in a big coffee plantations, Lat Village is a great place for you to learn about the local culture. You can learn about the local culture by talking with the Village Chief, who can speak English and French as well. Walking through the village, you see thousands of greenhouses and nice local farms.

In the afternoon, we transfer to take a visit of Dalanta Waterfall, where you also have a chance to join with many fun activities such as: slideway in Dalanta Waterfall, Zipline….  Coming back to city central in the afternoon, free at leisure. Overnight in Da Lat

7.30 – 11.30: Have breakfast at hotel and free times to discover Da Lat city by yourself.

11.30: Check out and clear all the bills. Then, our car will take you to the airport for flight to HCMC.

7.30: Pick you up at our hotel and start from Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon to Cao Dai Temple in Tay Ninh - a province 95 kms South East of HCMC, close to Cambodia border. The Cao Dai Temple is like a Walt Disney fantasia of the East. Its exterior is decorated with multi-colored dragons of all shapes and sizes competing for space with a number of swastikas. Above the main entrance is the all-seeing holy eye, the symbol of the Cao Dai sect. The interior is just as engaging as statues of Jesus Christ, Buddha and the Hindu god, Brahma, stand side by side.
Cao Dai Temple is the eclectic mix of colours and the amazing use of architecture create a space of beauty, spirituality with a somewhat surreal flavour to western palates! For the midday service which was unbelievable in Cao Dai Temple - do not miss this.

Have lunch in a local restaurant.

3.00: After lunch, we will leave Tay Ninh and travel to Cu Chi Tunnels. Once in Vietnam, you must visit this spot. This is where guerilla warfare optimized and exemplified. You’ll learn the clever design of the tunnels and the strategic use of trap doors. Even with B-52 bombers dropping 30-ton loads of explosive, turning the jungle into a pockmarked moonscape, 30 thousand American troops failed to conquered the area! You’ll have a chance to crawl around a portion of the 121 km long, multiple-layered tunnel. You’ll learn how thousands of guerillas managed to stay underground many days at a time, also their great technique to conceal smoke from their cooking. There’re a lot more to enjoy, even a chance to fire real AK bullets…

Arriving Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City at 18.00 - 19.00.

7.00 – 7.30: pick tourists up in Ho Chi Minh City and proceed to Can Tho City.

11.30:  Arrive to Ninh Kieu Dock, boarding  the cruise vessel and check-in

12.00: Panorama cruise and lunch on board around 13.00

16.00: Guided land excursion – walking in orchards and small villages

17.30:  Return to the boat for refreshment and to enjoy the sunset on the top deck

19.00:  Dinner on board. Overnight on cruise

6.30: Morning cruise and morning tea break served on board

11.00: Disembark to Cai Be Dock and proceed to Ho Chi Minh City. Lunch en route

15.30: Arrive to Ho Chi Minh City.

In the evening, meet up again with our tour guide and driver to have a farewell dinner for us to say thank you again for joining our tour and we can share our experience we got together during the tour. 

Spend the last night at the hotel before your departure next day.

What to know?

  • Do not wear short clothes when visiting pagodas, temples, churches and mausoleum
  • Special food's request (diet or vegetarian, food allergy …) should be informed before your departure date.
  • Beside the essential items such as long sleeve clothes, hat, trekking shoes, sunscreen, mosquito repelent, you can carry some extra things as camera, flash light, water etc
  • At the weekend (every Fri, Sat, Sun) Hanoi Old Quarter area does not allow vehicles, so we will inform you in advance to pick up/drop you off at nearby streets
  • The period from April to October will good to pack a wide-brimmed hat, sunscreen (~SPF30) and from November to March, more warm clothing is advised.
  • After using services of rowing boat trip, local tuktuk (cyclo); bellman or waiter always expect some tippings for their hard work besides of their fixed salary.
