15.30: Our English speaking guide and jeep will meet up at hotel to start our journey through picturesque countryside to reach less travelled paths of Hoi An Town

Throughout beautiful countryside trails and green rice fields, you will have an opportunity to explore the local village and take photos before stopped for visiting an old pagoda in quiet reflection, and peaceful feeling

17.00: Board your boat at Nguyen Hoang Boat Station, you will be served by a welcome drink with handmade fresh juice. The journey will take you pass by Duy Hai Fishing Village. Cruising along the river, witness the river culture, local farming and the other locals' daily life. Then, you will enjoy our delicious freshly prepared foods: Grilled fish, fried spring roll,pPork skewer accompanied by a Chilean wine glass.

Especially, our chef will first show you how to make fried spring roll before you do the same dishes yourselves.

18.00: Return to Hoi An Ancient Town amidst the setting sun. The river and surrounding countryside is bathed in orange and provides stunning photo opportunities. As the old town lightened, it’s the time for paper lanterns with small lanterns inside twinkle.

19.00 - 19.30: Disembark at the pier and transfer by jeep back to your hotel
