Stay at Hanoi Periodot Hotel 

08.00 - 08.30: We will collect you from Hanoi Periodot Hotel to begin your cruise of Halong Bay 

12.00: Arrive in Halong Boat Station, your cruise will begin with a transfer from the mainland on our excursion boat which will transport you to our main vessel - Signature Halong Cruise. Once on board, you will be greeted by our warm and friendly crew and enjoy a complimentary welcome drink. When the overview safety procedures and short introduction have been completed, you will be checked into your cabin and have a little time to unwind and explore the vessel.

13.00: A delicious lunch will be served in our main dining room as we slowly cruise through the magnificent limestone formations which make up Ha Long Bay. Feast on delicious seafood and range of other delicious dishes as we make our way deeper inside Bai Tu Long Bay. Heading to Vung Vieng Fshing Village by local rowing boats or kayaks to explore the interesting daily lives of its inhabitants.

After visiting the floating village, back onboard the Signature Cruise main craft we will drop anchor for our overnight stay surrounded by incredible landscape.

It is time for our "Happy Hour” with a special drinks menu (Buy one get one free)

Then, attend the Vietnamese cuisine Cooking Demonstration in which you will be able to participate in the preparation of these mouth-watering delicacies.

19.15: Time for our evening meal.

Evenings are beautiful on Bai Tu Long Bay, and just because the sun goes down doesn’t mean the night is over. Grab the opportunity of using our onboard facilities or just relax to your heart’s content. Unwind at our well-stocked bar with an assortment of local and international favorites. Try your hand at night squid fishing, watch a documentary film or simply luxuriate on our roof top deck

Stay overnight on Signature Cruise Halong Bay

6.30: The ideal moment to see Bai Tu Long Bay is early and if you missed the encanting sight the previous day, then this will be the final opportuniy. There will Tai Chi on the upper deck, which is a fantastic way to feel as one with the tranquil surroundings

Light breakfast will be served this morning.

07.30: Relish the final stages of your trip in Thien Canh Son Cave and islets, which is an untamed and mysterious beauty in the middle of this World Heritage Site.

Comeback to boat, it is time for checking out of your cabin and enjoying a delicious brunch as we continue our cruise back towards harbor through lovely scenery.

Be at Halong Boat Station, after a final farewell from our staff, you will be transported back to Ha Long Cty Wharf via our Tender for your transfer back to Hanoi

12.00: Get on the bus to return back to Hanoi.

15.50: You'll arrive back in Hanoi, check into the hotel and take a short rest in your room 

18.30: In the evening, a local will come to pick you up and take you on a 3 hour tour of Hanoi Food Street:  You will have a rare chance to taste many top, famous foods from the Hanoi Streets. Starting by tasting an O Banh My (Ổ Bánh Mỳ) - A Vietnamese bread made from a French style. This is a typical but special food and a pride of Hanoians for it's unique and excellent taste. This Ổ Bánh Mỳ is very simple but also a typical food in Hanoi.

Continue to try Bun Cha (Bún Chả) – Roasted pork with vermicelli rice noodles – It is famous for being very tasty // or  Pho Bo (Phở Bò) taste– Rice noodles with beef which will give you the feeling for the normal daily eating in busy Hanoi - these are the 2 most famous dishes in Hanoi Cuisine (choose 1 of 2) 

Next, we will give you the chance to decide between many delicious choices such as Banh Xeo (Bánh Xèo) – Dried pancakes, which have crispy shells, filled full with bean sprouts, beef and shrimp; Cha nem (Chả nem) – Celebrated and famed Pork Spring rolls in any discussion of traditional Vietnamese foods; Banh Goi (Bánh Gối) – The crunchy pillow cakes, with yellow covers and sweet - mixed, fragrant dumplings are the best choice for trying a real, local delicacy (choose 1 of 3)

Time for Vietnamese desserts, it can be Che thap cam (Chè thập cẩm) - Vietnamese bean dessert or Sữa chua mít - Jackfruit mixed with yoghurt or even a Bia Hoi (Bia Hơi) – Vietnamese Draught beer sitting on the side of the street (choose 1 of 3).
