6.00: On your arrival at Lao Cai Station, our driver will pick up and transfer to Sapa. Before starting our Sapa trekking tour, we will have breakfast at a local restaurant with local food and guide will help to reconfirm what to do on Sapa trekking today Follow a small track and cross Muong Hoa River and pass well tended rice terraces on your way to the Black H'mong Village of Lao Chai. Today, our Sapa adventure will continue through the colorful rice terraces, to reach Ta Van Village - home of Dzay People. Keep going to small suspension bridge, roughly 2km from the settlement, you can discover a fascinating collection of rock carvings. These engravings depict some beautiful images of man, stilt houses and some beautiful decorative patterns. We have lunch in a local family on our Sapa trekking trails. This Sapa trekking day is devoted to a beautiful hike through the breathtaking scenery of Sapa Valley. Start by road that descends in the wake of the street Cau May (6 km). En route, admire the rice terraces hidden behind mist of the morning, a truly awe-inspiring sight.
After lunch, keep walking through a bamboo forest to Giang Ta Chai, a Red Dao Ethnic Minority Village. We will take a short break nearby a waterfall to refresh, you start climbing uphill to a road where the car is wating for you after your journey to back to Sapa.

After an early breakfast at hotel, meet our guide and driver at 7.00 to start driving to Bac Ha Town. The road is relatively flat from Lao Cai to Bao Nhai Bridge. After crossing the bridge, we begin our journey up to Bac Ha District. Bac Ha Market, located in the heart of Bac Ha small town is the largest one in the area. Every Sunday, the different and colorful ethnic minority come all here to sell their homemade products or buy something for the family. They are H'mong, Phu La, Back Dzao, Tay or Nung minorities. Some of these ethnic minorities can’t be met in any other areas. Your lunch will be served in a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, we drive downhill towards Lao Cai for about half an hour. We stop on the way (before reaching Lao Cai) to take a short walk to Trung Do Village inhabited by Tay People. Tay villages are always set up at the foot of a mountain or along a stream and are named after a mountain, a field, or a river. Each village contains about 15-20 households. A large village is divided into many small hamlets. The houses are built on stilts or level with the ground. Stop by a traditional Tay house for a cup of tea before taking a boat cruise upstream the Chay Rver. The scenery is very beautiful on both sides of the river. The boat trip will end at Bao Nhai Bridge where your vehicle will be waiting for you for the journey back to Lao Cai Station for you to get the train back to Hanoi. Have dinner on your own at the station.
