Ba Be National Park is home to some of the most glorious scenery in Vietnam, including Ba Be Lake, home to the Tay, Dzao and H'mong People. It is especially famous for it's 3-day adventure tours. 7.30 - 8.00: Our guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, then drive north towards Ba Be National Park, to start the 3-day adventure of trekking and discovery of this lovely natural lake. You will be served lunch in a restaurant in a village nearby, and then our route will take us up through the mountains and tea plantations to Ba Be Lake, a beguiling green lake situated in the middle of a natural green forest
Travel to the Tay Village Of Coc Toc, with its picturesque stilt houses and friendly population of Tay People, who make their living by farming and fishing in the stunning Ba Be Lake. You will stay in the homestay of a local family there, enjoying their welcoming hospitality. In the afternoon, there will be time to explore the attractive surroundings
After that, enter Hua Ma Cave which features thousands of stalactites and columns. You may also like to choose the option of walking or cycling around Coc Toc Village, kayaking on the lake in boats that we keep especially for our tour guests, or just relaxing in the tranquil environment and appreciating the splendid views
Finish the day by having dinner and staying overnight in the local homestay
Today will be one of the most exciting days in exploring the captivating attractions of Ba Be National Park
After breakfasting at your homestay, you will have the opportunity to explore the varied and alluring landscapes of Ba Be as you trek through the national park. To start, your local guide will take you to visit Coc Toc Village where the Tay People earn a living by fishing in the lake
You will cross Pelu Stream and negotiate some steep landscape, but as you gain height you will start to see the bewitching views of the mountains. As you journey further towards the uplands, we will stop in a H'mong Ethnic Village where you will have a picnic lunch.
Your guide will then lead you through the enormous mountain ranges and valleys to see the stilt houses and school of the Dzao People and along the trail to visit another H'mong Ethnic Village
After a lunch in a local restaurant, you will comeback to the homestay, for some free leisure time
Dinner with a local family will end the 2nd day of theTrekking Ba Be National Park 3-day tour. Overnight will be spent at the homestay

Trekking route: Bo Lu - Coc Toc - Khau Qua - Nam Dai - Quan Gio - Ba Be Lake
Trekking distance: about 15 km
After breakfast at the homestay, you will travel on foot to Bo Lu Quay where you will board a boat and wend your way around Ba Be Lake. You can relax on board, engage in some wildlife spotting or, if you need to cool off, you can jump into the fresh, clean waters for a bracing swim! As you drift down the Nang River, you can enjoy the scenery of the surrounding karsts, adorned with patches of wild foilage and herbage and populated by all manner of interesting animals. Look out for the rainbow of butterflies that dance across the sky or listen to the soft song of the many species of birds that have made the park their home.
The boat trip will take around 3 hours, and will go to Puong Cave where you can explore the stalactites and stalagmites which are the effect of the erosion of the river on the karst as well as looking to see the bat colony, a few thousand strong.
After your exploration of the lake, you can rest on the way back to Hanoi, taking in the handsome scenery on the way and stopping for lunch at a local restaurant before arriving back in Hanoi at around 17:30.

- The period from April to October will good to pack a wide-brimmed hat, sunscreen (~SPF30) and from November to March, more warm clothing is advised.
- After using services of rowing boat trip, local tuk tuk (cyclo); bellman or waiter always expect some tiping for their hard work besides of their fixed salary.
- Every hotel/homestay have free luggage storage rooms for their clients. You can consider to re-pack again your necessary handbag or backpack for each tour while the other can be left at hotel
