8.30: We will pick up at your hotel then visit Ho Chi Minh Complex (including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, HCMC museum, House on stilts, Presidential Palace, One Pillar Pagoda). Continue Have a lunch in the local restaurant
13.30: After lunchm, we proceed to visit the Museum Of Ethnology, continue to visit the Temple Of Literature and Quoc Tu Giam - Vietnam"s first university constructed in 1070. It"s gardens and well-preserved architecture offers a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam"s past and Hoa Lo Prison. Walking around the Hoan Kiem Lake to visit Ngoc Son Temple. Take a Water Puppet Show, before getting back to hotel.

06.00: Our staff will pick you up from Lao Cai Train Station then transfering to hotel in Sapa. After leaving your luggage at hotel and taking a shower

After having breakfast in the homestay, you will begin your trek to Giang Ta Chai Village of the Red Dzao Hill Tribe Group. You can experience the difference between the way of life of the different tribespeople. You will have lunch in the village before continue trekking throughout the amazing scenery and beautiful waterfall. After trekking, you will be picked up from the main road to take a ride back to the Sapa Town for a short break.
15.30: Take the afternoon sleeping bus at 15.00, back to Hanoi. Arrival in Hanoi at 21.30. Pick up and transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight in Hanoi.

In the morning, we will take an eco Hoian tour. Tour guide will pick you up at hotel by mini- van, we will bring you over the countryside where bike are available to ride. You will start the day by cycling to the local farmer in Cam Thanh Ecological Village. Here you are greeted by a local host and then you join with them how to grow wet rice with their family.
Starting farming work like plough and raking with buffalo, riding water buffalo, learning how to transplant rice, flooding farm, grinding rice, pounding rice.
After then, our guide and van will bring down to a local fishing village. You will be boarded on boat. Joining to go fishing with local fishermen at Phuoc Hai Local Fishing Village to experience local cast net CHAI. Continue to visit water coconut palm jungle, enjoying the basket boat and visiting the water coconut palm forest. Learn how to learn origami such as grasshoppers, flowers, rings, caps, bracelets toys made from water coconut leaves..., Jungle walk and join for a mock battle with mud attack for fun. and afterthen boarding back boat, our Captain Cook will cook for your lunch and cold beer or soft drink we will bring you back to Hoian Ancient Town for short break at your hotel

09.00: A trip to the market to purchase some fresh, locally grown herbs. Then, we board our river boat for a relaxing 30 minute ride to Thuan Tinh Island, which is recognized by Hoi An as an official ecological zone.
To visit the Local Village, we take a row boat ride through the water coconut trees. We then walk through the gardens to visit some local houses to communicate with them and have some snacks on grilled rice cakes and iced tea. From there, we head back to our open-air cooking class overlooking the water coconut trees and river. Our chefs will show you how to cook Vietnamese food while you enjoy the cool breeze and peaceful setting.
Our chefs have prepared a 4 courses of traditional Vietnamese dishes in the cooking class. They will demonstrate how to prepare them, and then it's your turn-you prepare your own tasty Vietnamese lunch!! We start with a homemade Passion fruit Juice soda to whet your appetite.
Around at 13.30: we finish cooking experience and transfer to airport. On the way, we will have a chance to stop for visiting Marble Mountain and Non Nuoc Village. Climb up the stone stairs and enjoy the panoramic view of the nearby countryside, and visit caves pagodas.Get down the mountains in another direction to visit the stone village in here, where the local skilled sculptors create many Marble products, which are exported to countries worldwide.

08.30: We will start city tour to visit War Remnants Museum, Reunification Palace, followed by exploring Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office.
We will have lunch before go to Cu Chi Tunnels to explore the amazing site where Viet Cong hid during the War. It is now a popular spot for both Vietnamese & foreign tourists - the network of over 200km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. In their heyday, the tunnels were functioning underground cities including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens. There is plenty of evidence of the fierce battle that took place here during the 1960s when Cu Chi was a "Free Target Zone". Visitors can watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed before entering the tunnels. Spend the next hour exploring the tunnels. Afterwards, enjoy tea, cassava (guerrilla’s food in war time). Return to hotel. Stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

08.00: Enjoy the scenic journey along the National Highway bordered by green rice fields.
On arrived at My Tho, visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, take a leisurely boat ride along the river, view the stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise Islet, have lunch in the orchard garden. Then a boat ride to An Khanh – a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre, enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of "Southern Vietnamese Folk Music", performed by locals.
Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste the delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through the fruit plantation and village. Meet the bus and return to Ho Chi Minh City. This trip provides a fascinating insight into daily life in the Mekong Delta and you are guaranteed to take home your own private collection of beautiful memories. Breakfast at hotel. Visit Angkor Thom, the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon Temple, built from the late 12th century to the early 13th century by King Jayavarman VII and consists of 54 towers, the Royal Enclosure, the Phimeanakas, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King, then visit Ta Prohm, surrounded by jungle. Visit Angkor Wat, the largest temples in world and covers an area of 200 hectares and surrounded by moat and an exterior wall measuring 1300 meters x 1500 meters. Early this evening, we will take the Tuk Tuk (the most common taxi in Cambodia) to cruise around the Siem Reap and town and and for a blessing ceremony by Buddhist monks for happiness, prosperity and safety for your journey. Breakfast at hotel. Visit Banteay Srei, constructed at the late 10th century by a Brahmin counselor under a powerking Rajendarvarman. It was loosely translated to citadel of the woman, but it is a modern appellation that probably refers to the delicate beauty of the carvings. Along the way we make stopover at the Preah Dark Village and we follow these with a visit the Banteay Samre Temple adorned with impressive relief’s depicting scenes of Vishunu as well as Krishna legends. Lunch at local restaurant.Visit Preah Khan Temple, built by King Jayavarman VII dedicated to his father. It is a huge, highly exportable monastic complex, and served as a Buddhist monastery and school, engaging over 1000 monks. Continue to Neak Pean, a small island temple located in the middle of the last Baray, constructed by a Khmer king in the Angkor Area.
Have a farewell dinner in the local restaurant. Then, comeback and overnight in Siem Reap.
