Vietnamese Domestic Airlines has different strategic objectives:

• Vietnam Airlines: The international 4 star standard airlines with high quality service, on time serve, big space, good meals and more benefit for free luaggage (including hand bag & checked in luaggage)
• Vietjet Air: Dynamic budget airlines, more prior promotions with convenient services, but it sometimes has delayed
• Jetstar Pacific: 2nd ranked airlines in Vietnam, good budget airlines for clients. Service is kept in stable by less delayed than Vietjet air
• Bamboo Airways: New airlines had launched on Jan 2019, with a strategy to be a deluxe airlines with standard price. Recently, Bamboo airways keeps deveploping very fast inclusive Vietnam domestic flight routes & International one  
• Hai Au Seaplanes: This is an helicopter service, for routine Hanoi - Ha Long and vice versa. This service is high standard & suitable for clients who would like to see Ha Long Bay closer on the surface of the water 

Airfare conditions:

• Airfare is quoted in US dollars per ticket per way.
• Rates are inclusive of Goverment taxes & service charge 
• Flexible class is based on budget flight, non-refundable price, but can be changed route, name with an extra charge of changing fee
• Economic class is based on refundable, amendable & changeble tickets with an extra charge of changing fee
• The final airfare is  only be confirmed at the time of issuing the tickets 
• Children policy:
  ​    +   Children under 2 years old will be charged: 25% of adult rate
      +   Children under 2 - 11 years old will be charged: 95% of adult rate
• Prices are subjected to change at the weekend, Vietnamese Tet, Vietnamese holidays (from Jun to Sep) & especially in the Peak season
