What to bring?

• Original passport or accepted identification

• Comfortable walking shoes or sandals with good grip

A printed booking confirmation is not normally required unless specifically requested.

What to know?

• We will pick up and drop off at your hotels in the Old Quarter, please be ready at the hotel lobby 15 munite before the appointment time

• Cruise itinerary and schedule are subjected to change without prior notice, due to inclement weather, tide levels and Ha Long Bay’s operating conditions.

• Kayaking and swimming excursions, in particular, may be cancelled due to rough weather. Unused services are subject to non-refundable.

• Special food's request (diet or vegetarian, food allergy …) should be informed before your departure date. Cruise offers fusion cuisine: Vietnamese & seafood

• Port authorities insist of registration including full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, and passport number in advance. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by port authority.

• For safety: Life jackets  & First aid kit is available at the Cruise Reception

• Every hotel/homestay have free luggage storage for their clients, you can consider to re-pack again for each tour while the other items can be left at hotel
