HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING WITH AZOTOUR Vietnam ?

The booking process is represented through 6 steps as below:

1-Step 1: Realize a priced tour or customized tour

We provide variaty programs from cruise, classic, adventure or golf package tours in Southeast Asia which advise more choice for clients' vacation. So that, with any tour costed, you can click "Book now" to make a direct reservation. The other tours, just drop us an email with more info for correct advise and better taking care of your demands 

2-Step 2: Drop us your email 

Fill in to the table your name, number of adults, children or infants and your group's accommodation/ cabin requests, enter your (estimate) arrival date and last Click at "Submit" button,  your email will be sent to us for processing the request or booking shortly.
Once we received your email, it will be checked out and response within 24hrs of working time.

Note: To get more special discounts or promotions, please click on "Hot deal" on the Tittle bar or contact us directly. We may have some special deals in short run campaign that match with your vacation. The discount can be ranged from 5% up to 50% of booking depends on our marketing strategy

3-Step 3: Make a trip proposal 

Our purpose is working by our best for any services which provided during your holidays to match your expectation. Please let us know any your concerns in trip such as type of vehicle, accommodation, visa, kayaking or other interesting activities related to your current booking.... 

Note: Don't forget to book hotels, tours together in this step! It's a smart way to get more savings.

4-Step 4: Discussing the trip proposal 

Beside of instant booking for any costed tours on our website, you can "Submit" and wait for a trip proposal.

Once we have any your customized request, our travel consultant will shortly work out your info for a quotation or get in contact with you for more detailed information. This  to ensure we will not miss any your enquiry in your holiday

Your final decision will be accepted as a booking reservation and just wait for  "Confirm" &  "Payment" Step

5-Step 5: Confirm the booking and request for deposit (if any) 

1. Confirm the availability and block space:

After receiving your reservation, requests, work out your proposals and get your final decision for your booking, our consultant will check the service availabilities, continue to reserve services accordingly. We will send you a draft "Confirmation", which show you main points or limited space services such as: Accommodation, flight tickets, boat tickets .... to ensure of unchanged key service quality.

Enclose is "Booking Profoma Invoice" and payment info such as total amount, payment method by credit card, bank transfer or payment deadline ....  

Beside, we will also send you a useful information with inportant notices 

Note: Our email may go to your spam mailbox, please check your spam mailbox if you don't receive our response in one working day.

2. Deposit Processing 

After receiving "Booking Profoma Invoice" in the email sent from our sale consultant, please make the deposit as our notice for payment date to secure your booking. If we've not get any payment info from your side by mentioned date, the confirmed booking will be auto delete on our system

For deposit method, you can process via credit card or bank transfer.

Note: The amount of deposit will be 30% of total charge. The remaining balance can be paid before or on departure date - depends on your last agreement with our sale consutant . For some urgent bookings or special types of promotion, 100% of the total cost can be required.

6-Step 6: Final Payment

The full payment must be made before or on your departure date. The exact deadline will be confirmed by our travel consultant depending on each of your service (Example: 100% charge of flight tickets)

The remaining balance can be paid by Cash (VND, USD, AUD, EUR) or by credit card. For the customers who're going to stay in Hanoi, we are able to setup a direct meeting to collect the final payment.

Note: Payment by cash on arrival is only applied for trips starting from Hanoi and the arrival date is before the payment deadline (confirmed by our travel consultant). All currencies are exchanged by local rate.

How can I make payment to AZOTOUR?

  • You can pay us by:

+ Credit card (pay online via VTCPAY System, or Letter of Authorization & POS): we will send you a payment link to pay through VTCPAY , or you can pay through POS when we meet directly in Hanoi. Payment via credit card will be extra charged 3 - 4.5 % for bankfee, depends on each bank policy 
+ Cash: you can pay us by cash (VND, USD, AUD, EUR - exchanged by local rate) at our Hanoi office or at your hotel in Hanoi (will be considered case by case)
+ Bank Transfer (all sides of bank fee paid by clients): for the large amount of money (> 1000USD ), you can pay us through bank transfer to reduce the bank fee

  • Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are applied to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, by email or by othẻ channels. By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

The terms and conditions as set out hereunder constitute the entire  agreement between you and AZOTOUR.Vietnam. If you do not read or accept these terms and conditions, do not use this website (the "service"). By accessing any part of website azotour.com, you consent to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • Make a Booking

The booking is confirm via our official email, fax, whatsapp, skype or facebook messengers, which mentioned in our website: azotour.com

  • Payment and Deposit

To ensure each party is responsible for fulfilling any of its obligations, we set out below our standard payment terms and conditions:
Deposit: Either full payment or a deposit of 30% of total cost will be required and decided base on individual tour basis. This should be done via one of our available online payment methods.
Customers will receive confirmation documents of their successful payment  within 24 hours after we had received the info from our banks 
Final Payment: Before/ On travel date. Payment by cash/ bank transfer or credit cards are accepted.

  • Payment Type:

1. Pay Online by Credit Card with security channels VTCPAY 

We accept UnionPay, Visa card, MasterCard and JCB card since AZOTOUR.Vietnam is a verified member of  VTCPAY. Your card information will be protected during the transmission by using security system with VTCPAY. We would create a link (click here) and send it to you. When you receive our link, please click on button "CHECKOUT TO PAY". One page will show up for you to fill in your credit card's details (click here). After you fill in the form, please click on button "Confirm" and the link will be redirected to your bank's page and you can submit it to finish the payment. When the payment done, you will receive an email confirming that your payment was succesful and we would also confirm you via email when we receive your payment. 

Kindly remind that, payments by credit cards will be charge 3% - 4.5% bank fee.

  • Confirm booking & Voucher

All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 1 (one) working day. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.

Voucher will be issued by AZOTOUR.Vietnam after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed.

A service voucher will be given for customer directly or by email/fax.

  • Liability and Insurance

AZOTOUR.Vietnam is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by passengers.

Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may be affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, will endeavor to substitute suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tour implies full agreement to above conditions by all parties involved.

  • Cancellations & Refund

Cancellation fees of booking will be calculated from all local suppliers as different cruise lines and other partners have their own cancellation policy. Cancellation and refund policies are detailed on each individual cruise, under the Rate & Availability tab.

Cancellation by the suppliers for reasons related to a force majeure situation, such as government restriction or regulation, weather conditions, natural disasters, etc., customers will receive refund amount depending on specific conditions. If the tour has yet taken place, full refund will be made. If the tour is in progress, a partial refund will be made, any unused portion of a tour for whatever reason is not refundable.

There will be no refund or exchange can if customer decides to opt out while the tour in ongoing. If you have not used any of the services, no compensation will be given for the unused portion of the tour.

  • Alternatives

Whilst we manage to reserve all the suggested services for our clients, in case of transportation accommodation is fully booked, we reserve the right to make changes to services with equivalent quality. In these cases, we will always try our best to inform you about the changes as soon as possible.

If we are unable to provide confirmed services, an alternative option or an alternative departure date will be offered subject to availability. If you don't accept the alternative option or don't want to change the date, we will refund your deposit.
