09.00: Pick up from Hanoi Old Quarter and begin our Ha Long Bay cruise with a 2.5-hour drive to Hai Phong (client booking transfer)

12.00: Arrive in the harbor. Transfer by tender to the Maya Cruise Lan Ha Bay and receive a warm welcome aboard from the waiting crew, check-in, and relax with a welcome drink while listening to a cruise briefing. 

As you savor lunch in the restaurant with a fantastic selection of Vietnamese and international cuisine, we set sail and head through Halong Bay to Lan Ha Bay.

On the way, we pass through the magnificent landscape, with amazing limestone karst formations rising majestically out of the sea, beautiful islands, and islets, including Da Chong Islet with its 100-year old French-built lighthouse.

We stop at the serene and paradise Tra Bau Area of Lan Ha Bay to enjoy swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, or sunbathing on the gorgeous beach

Return to Maya Cruise Lan Ha Bay and relax with a glass of wine and watch the magnificent sunset

Join the chef for ‘the art of food "Cooking Class" who will instruct you how to make some favorite Vietnamese dishes

Head to the sundeck bar for our "Happy Hour" special drinks deals

19.30: Time for dinner where a magnificent feast has been prepared. Savor the finest local dishes in the romantic, intimate setting of our elegant restaurant

21.30: Relax and enjoy the rest of the evening. Try Squid Fishing, watch a movie, chill at the bar, and make new friends

A stunning sunset awaits early risers and then join us for a morning Tai Chi Session.

6.30: Enjoy a delicious light breakfast in the restaurant, along with tea, coffee, and pastries

08.30: Transfer to the Day Boat to explore Viet Hai Fishing Village. We take a bicycle trip (or book electric car with extra fee) along the forest path, through rain forests, a dark tunnel, and green rice paddy fields

Take a relaxing stroll around the village. Visit the school and the ancient houses made from basic materials, mud, bamboo, and straw. Chat with the local villagers, listen to stories, and get a feel for their simple, way of life.

Head back to the Day Boat and set sail while having an amazing lunch onboard

Arrive at Three Peaches Beach on Three Peaches Islet (Ba Trai Dao Islet), a group of 3 limestone hills shaped like three peaches. Three Peaches Beach is a beautiful, pristine, white-sand beach with crystal-clear water, and is one of the best places for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and sunbathing

16.00: Return to Maya Cruise Lan Ha Bay, grab a shower and relax on the sundeck with a well-deserved drink and watch the sun setting over the incredible Lan Ha Bay landscape.

Join another "Cooking Class" and expand the range of Vietnamese dishes you can prepare.

Time for ‘Happy Hour’ and a superb cocktail, glass of wine from our special drinks menu

19.30: An excellent dinner is served in our beautiful, romantic restaurant, lovingly prepared by our talented catering staff

06.00: Start the day with an invigorating Tai Chi Class on the sundeck

A light breakfast is served with freshly brewed coffee and tea

Climb into a local ‘sampan’ bamboo boat or kayak to explore the bay and Dark & Bright Cave, located near Cat Ba Island. It is one of the largest and most spectacular caves in the Lan Ha Bay - Ha Long Bay World Heritage Site, the cave has two caverns, the first is so dark that you need a torch, and the second leads to a serene, tranquil lagoon surrounded by limestone karst cliffs.

9.30:  Return to Maya Cruise Lan Ha Bay to pack and check-out.

10.00: Enjoy a delicious last brunch and then relax while we cruise through the majestic Halong Bay back to the port.

Arrive at the port. Disembark and bid farewell to friends and crew. Head back to your hotel in Hanoi
