08.00: Time to transfer Danang to Kontum City. On the way you will have a short break and a chance to see the beautiful views and take some photos at Thac Nuoc Waterfall and Dakto - a  major battlefield of the American War in 1972. Visit Phoenex Airstrip & Charlie Hill (from a distance and Sedang Village). Have lunch in a roadside restaurant. Arrive in Kontum, check in and enjoy some free leisure time. Overnight in Kontum

After breakfasting at the at hotel we'll begin our trek through the local villages, rivers and cassava plantations (countryside road, 13 – 16kms) and visit Konjori and Konkotu Villages (Bahnar ethnic group), Rong House (Traditional Communal House) or local primary school. Picnic lunch is prepared in the trip by our tour guide. Go back by dug-out canoe to appreciate the beautiful scenery of Dakbla River. We will continue on on to explore KonHng or Konkotu Village (Ro Ngao Ethnic Group) and interact withthe  friendly villagers,and  learn more about their culture and their daily life. Dinner & overnight in the homestay with locals.

In the morning, we will visit the Wooden Church that was built in 1913 by a French Catholic Missionary and has been restored. Continue to Vinh Son Orphanage - a total of about 200 children most of whom are from the minority villages. Seminary that was built over 80 years ago and still looked after by a small group of priests. Come back to hotel for check out, lunch time
In the afternoon, take a transfer from your hotel in Kontum Province to Pleiku City. Upon the arrival in Pleiku, check in hotel

In the morning, we take a visit of MangYang District and start a gentle 6-kilometre hike through the 04 villages of Bahnar minority such as Dektu - Deron - Dedoa - Dekop where you have opportunities to discover their traditional custom and culture, especially the community building called “Rong House“ which looks like an axe blade pointing in to the sky. Come back to city central and leave Pleiku for Buon Me Thuot. On the way, we will take a stop to visit plantations of rubber, coffee, pepper and at any point that interests you. Arrival in Buon Me Thuot, check in and free at leisure. Dinner is managed by your own and overnight in the hotel

In the morning, we'll have breakfast and check out. Then we head towrds Lak Lake, which is considered the largest natural lake in the Central Highlands, surrounded with mountains and pretty ethnic villages. Take a dugout canoe to admire the natural scenery of Lak Lake and stroll around to visit Jun and M’lieng Villages, and an opportunity to visit the former Bao Dai’s Villa, called the castle of Vietnam’s last Emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty. Have lunch in a local restaurant. 

In the afternoon, we'll  keep moving to Da Lat City and arrive in the early evening. Check in and free time for your own dinner arrangements. Overnight in Da Lat.

Our outing outing around Da Lat City will begin early the following day. We will first visit Cock Church (The Cathedral Of Dalat City), known since 1931 for a bronze rooster placed on the top of the tower and the European Gothic architectural style, designed and built by a Frenchman. Then, keep transferring to Robin Hill where you can take a cable car uphill to enjoy the airy space and get a marvelous view of the pine forested valley stretched down to the south and the panoramic view of Dalat City. After enjoying the sights and taking a few photos, we will take the cable car 300 metres down hill and see the lovely sights of of flowers and vegetable fields dotted in the pine forested valley surrounding Tuyen Lam Lake.

We will stop at Truc Lam Zen Monastery to take a short look at one of the biggest monasteries in Vietnam.

Have a lunch in a local restaurant.  

In the afternoon, we will continue on and visit some typical hotspots in the city such as Dalat Old Railway Station, Linh Phuoc Pagoda, Embroide Village XQ... Come back to the hotel and enjoy some free leisure time.

We will have the last dinner in this city before saying goodbye Dalat to go back to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Da Lat.

Next morning you'll have breakfast and thencke out. Once we've checked out we will transfer by private vehicle back to Ho Chi Minh City. On the way back, we will have a few short stops for the beautiful views on the way down from Da Lat Highland to Saigon Lowland. Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City. End of your trip.

What to know?

  • Do not wear short clothes when visiting pagodas, temples, churches and mausoleum
  • Special food's request (diet or vegetarian, food allergy …) should be informed before your departure date.
  • Beside the essential items such as long sleeve clothes, hat, trekking shoes, sunscreen, mosquito repelent, you can carry some extra things as camera, flash light, water etc
  • At the weekend (every Fri, Sat, Sun) Hanoi Old Quarter area does not allow vehicles, so we will inform you in advance to pick up/drop you off at nearby streets
  • The period from April to October will good to pack a wide-brimmed hat, sunscreen (~SPF30) and from November to March, more warm clothing is advised.
  • After using services of rowing boat trip, local tuktuk (cyclo); bellman or waiter always expect some tippings for their hard work besides of their fixed salary.
  • Every hotel/homestay have free luggage storage rooms for their clients. You can consider to re-pack again for each tour while the other items can be left at hotel
